Like LDC, the Fire of Retribution Clan don't favour armour, preferring to attack, but their obsession with vengeance often means FRC warriors will deliberately let a foe hit them in order to create the ability to extract 'revenge', (hence the light shields). The single plasma cannon stems from FRC Strike of Vengeance philosophy and grew from CW Ghost Armada research. The Demon is in fact anything but a 'light' attacker.
