The conference room is located at the back of Tara's Bar, near the toilets. It's a place where pilots can meet in relative piece and quiet, away from the chatter at the bar. It's also the place where Trivia is played a lot.
Common courtesy also demands that pilots talking about cricket or other sports, as well as games other than TVS, remove themselves to the conference room, so that the other pilots aren't bothered by them.
