I've always been something of an underachiever at TVS. Like many others, I found my way to the game through the PCGamer forums, and my first memory of the game was joining a PCGF-specific squadron with Talon-Karrde and a couple of others. I don't recall much about the first beta I played, Beta 3, only that I was an Ajaxian, which has resulted in my love for the blue guys ever since. I may end up in a green, red or even yellow ship, but I'm always an Ajax at heart.

My lack of a permanent home connection or WAP phone has hampered the degree to which I can play the game; only being able to make two or three ticks a day while at Uni does not give me the opportunity to become a powerhouse of galactic dominace. Indeed, I've only ever had one level 5 ship in six or seven betas of play. However, it's always flattering to be considered a vet nonetheless, and have historical vendetta's against TumNarDok and SuicideSquad.

I have been LC once (briefly), VC twice, and have been on the winning side only once. I suppose I'm really more of a social player; many of the older players know me, and I have had entertaining running battles with many great people. Some of the newer players may not know who I am, but I dream of a day when broadband rules the world and I can stamp my presence onto the game. You know I will :)
