I first heard of TVS in Spring 2002 from Thendus a good friend of mine. We had both played Planetarion at that time, our first browser game. And we wanted to know what other games were out there. So he found TVS on some website (can't remember where) and told me about it.

I started playing in beta 5 or 6, I don't really know which one. I just remember I was a Bor and chose the Golden Eagle as my ship. But I quickliy lost interest in the game. I think VoxDei was my LC, but I'm not sure. [Editor's Note: I've never been Bor LC ;-) - Vox]

In beta 10 Thendus told me again he was playing that game and that I should give it aother try. He told me stories about flying around with aother pilot named Xin and that he had a lot of fun. I think in this beta we ended up on the same team and founded the 33rd squad.

So I gave it another try. I was Ajaxian. I played kind of active for a while but again did not get the hang of the game. I remember Sight being my LC and that it was fun until I could not make too many moves due to RL reasons.

In beta 13 I got the TVS email telling me another game was about to start. I had time and was much online due to my studies anyway, so I started again. This game was the first that I was really active. I was Ajaxian again, and we NAPed with the Krils almost for the whole game, cause the Bors were overwhelmingly strong.

Not only did I get my Cruiser (after flying in an Eagle of Turnadia for sometime) but I was also part of the Council almost the whole game and was long-time VR for LCs Defeatious and EwokDude. I also remember Defeatious recommending me as his successor when he did quit his job as LC. But EwokDude wanted to give it a try and I did not try to Challenge him, cause being full-time VR was busy enough.

The game got boring when it was clear that the bors could not be stopped anymore even with the combined forces of the Ajaxians and Krilgorians. Then the active pilots of our legion started to leave - either by going Rogue, or by quitting this beta. So it was getting even more boring.

After my Cruiser exploded into a cloud of scrap cause I came home 2 minutes too late from the cinema, I continued for a few ticks but I had no more fun in the game (mostly cause most actives left the legion).

So I did quit around tick 350.

I remember Haates and 2 other guys (sorry, ca't remember their names) join me in squad 33rd. My buddy Thendus was a Kril, but did quit due to his job in the middle of the game.

I totally missed beta 14, because I did not know about it until tick 200 something. And I did not want to join the game so late.

Beta 15 has me again - this time as a Boraxian Cruiser pilot - because I got the email in time telling me another TVS game is about to start.
