The Galactic Map
For ease of navigation, all known sectors are plotted on the "Galactic Map"; a copy of which is automatically updated in the Nav Comm of each ship. The map is maintained and distributed on behalf of all pilots by the Galactic Council from the Apollo HQ's
The connections between sectors are indicative of the hypergates between them. However, it is important to note that the positioning of sectors on the map is NOT indicative of their real positions in space, it is simply drawn this way for ease of use.
