Where the Herc. is designed to destroy homeworld infrastructure, the BB's role is to sterilise life using mission specific warheads loaded with phase changing micro life. Fitted with an experimental automatic repair system (utilising micro-organisms), one of the new 'Shimmer' systems (based on stealth technology) and a fusion gun, even the Oaken can't provide much spare power and speed suffers accordingly.
