Advanced Boraxian technology allows small combat ships which in turn allows a small carrier, but advanced though it may be, Tripper technology still produces better shielding and powerplants and the Trippers are the masters of nanotechnology, plus, it doesn't help that the best Boraxian minds often end up migrating to Tripe. Supremely well designed it easily carries more than its own weight in denser combat craft.
